• Prices are non-negotiable.

  • Desired colour may need few sessions to achieve the look. All clients have been informed by hairstylist that particular services can sensitize/ damage the hair and clients need to maintain the hair condition and hair colour by using professional hair products, avoid as much as possible hot tools.

  • Our base prices cover the cost of our standard services according to your hair length and thickness. Any additional services or treatments are not included in the base price. These will incur additional charges, which will be communicated to you prior to the start of your appointment. 

  • We always inform our customers about potential costs upfront. 

  • The balance can be paid by cash , card & bank transfer.

  • We require deposit £80 to book your appointment. Deposits are non-refundable but are transferable to your future appointment if you reschedule within 48 hours' notice.  

  • The deposit will be deducted from the final price. 

  • You can reschedule up to 48 hours in advance of your appointment. 

  • Rescheduling/Cancellation between 48 to 24 hours will be charged 50% of the total service.

  • Cancellations/No shows within 24 hours will be charged 100% of the total service. 

  • Health and Safety: If a client is feeling unwell or experiencing symptoms of a contagious illness, they are encouraged to reschedule their appointment. This is to protect the health of other clients and staff. Clients must remember to follow our 48-hour rescheduling policy when doing so.

  • Before coming for an appointment make sure your hair is freshly washed and free from any styling products

  • We have NO GUEST POLICY - For safety and relaxation purposes, we request that you come alone, without children, pets, or additional individuals such as friends or family members and arrive exactly on time, neither earlier nor later.

  • Our salon is a private studio, so if you do not have a scheduled appointment, you will not be admitted.

  • We maintain a zero-tolerance policy for alcohol and inappropriate behavior: If a client arrives intoxicated, our stylists reserve the right to refuse service and charge 100% of the reserved appointment fee. Additionally, our salon staff reserves the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason, particularly in cases of improper behavior or any display of racism.

  • Consultation Policy for New Clients: If you are a new client, attending a consultation is mandatory, especially if you have naturally dark brown hair, box dye, permanent color, semi-permanent color, keratin treatment, or Brazilian blow dry. Failure to attend a consultation may result in the cancellation of your appointment, and a late cancellation fee of 50% of the total service price will be applied.

    We offer complimentary consultations via WhatsApp for your convenience. However, if your hair requires a strand test or if you have a history of allergies, an in-person consultation is necessary before any services can be performed.

  • Lateness Policy: If you are between 5 to 30 minutes late, we reserve the right to shorten or adjust your service while still charging 100% of the original booking fee. If you are more than 30 minutes late, we may cancel your appointment entirely and charge 100% of the original booking fee.

  • Allergies : Receiving any hair colour service can, in some individuals, cause an allergic reaction. This reaction can occur at anytime even if client has received this service on previous occasions. Negative skin patch test does not mean that a reaction will still not occur. It is in client’s responsibility to seek medical advice prior to any colour service. By booking service client grant the NowakBlonde salon permission to colour client’s hair and not hold them responsible for any, and all adverse health conditions from the services they offer.

  • We are not responsible for damaging hair.  All clients have been informed by hairstylist that particular services can sensitize/ damage the hair and clients need to maintain the hair condition and hair colour by using professional hair products, avoid as much as possible hot tools.

  • Your satisfaction is our highest priority. If you are not completely satisfied, please let us know within one week of your appointment. We are committed to making any needed corrections if there was a fault on our side. 

  • Should you decline the opportunity for corrective services after expressing dissatisfaction with the initial results of your appointment, we regret to inform that a refund will not be provided. 

  • Once you have agreed to proceed with a service and followed the stylist’s recommendations, any revisions will require payment in advance, whether due to dissatisfaction with the final result or a change in your preferences after the service has been completed.

  • Clients must remain inside the hair studio during their service: Leaving the premises for smoking or any other reasons is not permitted while a service is in progress.

  • Mobile Phone Usage: To maintain a serene and focused environment, clients are requested to keep phone usage to a minimum during their service. Loud conversations or constant phone usage can be distracting for both staff and other clients. We welcome clients who need to work on their laptops and offer access to our Wi-Fi for their convenience. However, video calls during services are not permitted to ensure a calm atmosphere.

  • Photography and Videography Consent: By attending your appointment, you consent to photos and videos being taken of your hair during and after the service. These may be used for our salon’s portfolio, social media, and promotional purposes.

  • Assisted Service: For efficiency and to optimize time, your stylist may work with an assistant during your service. This ensures a smoother experience and allows us to provide the highest quality of care in a timely manner.

  • Only professional products provided by the NowakBlonde Team are used: We do not accept or use products brought in by clients. We strictly use high-quality, professional-grade products sourced by our team.

  • Professional products used during services are not for sale: Items like toners, color treatments, or in-service care products are exclusively for in-salon use. Clients may only purchase aftercare products such as shampoo, conditioner, or leave-in treatments.

  • Personal Belongings: The salon cannot be held responsible for lost or damaged personal belongings. Clients are encouraged to keep valuables with them or in a secure place during their visit. Additionally, clothing items may be at risk of damage during services, and we cannot be held liable for any such occurrences. We recommend that clients wear less valuable clothing to their appointments.
