Hair Treatments for Pregnant and Breastfeeding Women

At our salon, we understand that pregnancy and breastfeeding are special times in a woman’s life, and we prioritize safety and comfort during all hair treatments. Here’s what you should know:

1. Safe Products

We use professional-grade products that are safe for pregnant and breastfeeding women. However, if you have concerns about specific ingredients, we are happy to discuss alternatives or provide product details for your peace of mind.

2. Ammonia-Free and Gentle Options

For chemical services like coloring or bleaching, we offer ammonia-free and low-odor products to minimize exposure to strong chemicals and fumes.

3. Ventilation and Comfort

Our salon is well-ventilated to ensure a comfortable environment during treatments. If you feel unwell at any time, please let us know immediately.

4. Avoid Scalp Bleaching

While highlights or balayage techniques that don’t touch the scalp are generally considered safe, we recommend avoiding full scalp bleaching during pregnancy or breastfeeding as a precaution.

5. Consult with Your Healthcare Provider

If you have concerns about undergoing any hair treatments, it’s always a good idea to consult your doctor or midwife before booking.

6. Hydration and Breaks

Pregnancy can sometimes cause sensitivity to smells or discomfort when sitting for long periods. We encourage you to let us know if you need breaks or accommodations during your appointment. We offer for our clients unlimited drinks such as coffee, tea or water.

7. Children at Appointments

For safety reasons, children are not allowed to accompany you to your appointment. As we work with chemical products, it’s best for their well-being if they remain at home with a caregiver. This ensures a safer and more relaxed experience for everyone.

Your health and well-being, as well as your baby’s, are our top priority. We’re here to provide you with safe, tailored services to ensure you feel pampered and confident during this special time.
